Role overview
Serve as a primary administrative and HR contact and liaison with offices, individuals, external institutions, and agencies.
HR and office responsibilities
- Review candidate CVs and shortlist relevant applicants.
- Maintain employee HR records and track expiry dates for visas, labour cards, passports, and licences.
- Coordinate labour accommodation entry and exit records and monitor accommodation services.
- Coordinate day-to-day office maintenance and cleanliness.
- Maintain staff attendance and check leave applications for accuracy.
- Liaise with government bodies and authorities when needed.
- Negotiate vendor quality, costs, and terms.
- Respond to employee HR queries in coordination with the HR Manager.
- Prepare evaluation forms and follow up with managers.
- Compile onboarding and offboarding documents.
- Coordinate administration personnel and security staff.
- Maintain filing and document control, manage insurance and workmen’s compensation records, and compile daily reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- At least two years of general administrative experience in the UAE.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, multitask, and work under pressure.
- Time management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
Work arrangement
- Full-time role with in-person work location.
