HR & Admin Executive
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage daily HR operations and administrative functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, compliance awareness, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws
- Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits administration
- Support visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, and other government-related documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Manage office administration, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and facility management
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
- Experience with visa processing and government portals (MOHRE, ICP, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong coordination and time management skills
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary (based on experience)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
