Job Description
Creative Edge Advertising LLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced **HR & PRO Executive** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations along with handling all Public Relations Officer (PRO) duties in compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and performance management
- Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and employee relations
- Manage all PRO-related activities such as visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates ID, medicals, and renewals
- Liaise with government authorities including MOHRE, Immigration, and other UAE departments
- Ensure company compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
- Maintain proper documentation and employee files
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR & PRO roles in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Arabic language skills will be an advantage
Preferred
- Experience in advertising/media industry is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
