HR & Admin Officer
About This Role
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to manage the full employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively handle both HR responsibilities and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
- Coordinate with PRO services for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in line with UAE Labor Law
- Support payroll processes through attendance tracking, leave management, and expense coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical) and ensure compliance with company policies
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, maintenance, and utilities
- Manage vendor relationships and handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services
- Support business functions with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and meeting coordination
- Facilitate internal communication between management and corporate teams
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3β5 years in a combined HR and Administration role within the UAE
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and visa processes (mainland/free zone)
- Skills:
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
