Job Title: HR Secretary
We are looking for a HR Secretary with strong communication skills and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The candidate must have experience working in well-established companies, with 2 to 5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative and HR-related tasks.
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Organize meetings, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Support the HR department in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Previous experience in large companies (mandatory).
- 2β5 years of relevant experience.
