Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
- Clean rooms and public spaces, stock carts, and respond to guest requests.
- Learn and exemplify the Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, employee promise, credo, and service values.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
Work expectations
- Remain on your feet and move around, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
- Handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Follow company policies, protect confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional appearance and communication.
Workplace
