Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of guest services throughout the stay.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local highlights.
- Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, follow policies, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications and role demands
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- The role involves extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and hands-on handling of objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Schedule and location
- Full-time position at the DIFC location in Dubai.
