Guest Relations Supervisor, Rooms & Guest Services Operations, at the Ritz-Carlton in Dubai.

Guest services and front desk
- Process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms, issue keys, and set up guest accounts.
- Maintain loyalty-program information, verify rates, document exceptions, and adjust billing as needed.
- Provide directions and property information, accommodate guest requests, and follow up to confirm they are met.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate clearly and professionally.
Payments and records
- Compile and review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists; complete cashier and closing reports.
- Process payments, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges; balance receipts and secure the bank.
- Obtain manual payment authorizations, follow accounting procedures, and notify security of reported theft.
- Prepare accurate written documents and use computer and POS systems.
Team and workplace standards
- Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Model fair-treatment practices, build positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond to employee concerns.
- Follow company and safety procedures, report incidents and unsafe conditions, and protect confidential information and company assets.
- Maintain professional appearance, answer telephones appropriately, and uphold quality standards.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
