Guest experience
- Welcome guests professionally, escort them to tables, and assist with enquiries, requests, and special requirements.
- Support VIP recognition and coordinate special occasions and celebrations.
- Maintain knowledge of the venue concept, menus, events, promotions, and guest offerings.
Reservations and reception
- Manage reservations, confirmations, table allocation, seating plans, and waitlists using approved systems and procedures.
- Record guest preferences, dietary requirements, special requests, and booking notes; communicate relevant details to reception and floor teams.
- Respond to enquiries, maintain an organised reception area and guest records, and assist the Reception Manager with guest-management tasks.
Team coordination and conduct
- Coordinate with reception, waiters, bartenders, management, and other teams to support smooth guest flow and consistent service.
- Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, discretion, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and service standards.
