HORECA Sales Executive
Role Overview

Grow a consumer brand’s presence across HORECA and lifestyle channels by securing new restaurant, café, hotel, and hospitality accounts.
The role focuses on prospecting, new listings, commercial negotiations, and growth of existing accounts through reorders and range expansion.
This is a hands-on, on-ground sales role involving frequent field visits.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure HORECA accounts such as restaurants, cafés, hotels, coworking spaces, gyms, and Pilates studios.
- Build and manage a structured prospect pipeline, targeting venues that currently carry competitor brands.
- Manage sampling and product presentations through negotiation, listing, and account onboarding.
- Grow existing accounts through increased reorders, range expansion, and relationship management.
- Lead tastings, events, sampling activities, and brand partnerships with the marketing team.
- Track outreach, listings, reorders, account growth, and pipeline progress; provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HORECA/F&B sales.
- Beverage sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong HORECA market understanding and network, with proven prospecting, account acquisition, and negotiation experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Valid driving licence and own car; comfortable with frequent field visits and on-ground sales.
- Proactive, organized, and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.
