Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage demand forecasting, production planning, and replenishment to maintain stock availability and meet business requirements.
• Procure raw materials, packaging, and other production requirements while supporting timely purchasing and cost efficiency.
• Source suppliers, request and compare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on orders, deliveries, and supply issues.
• Coordinate production scheduling and inbound and outbound flows with co-packers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
• Monitor stock cover, slow-moving inventory, expiry dates, shortages, excess stock, and material consumption.
• Maintain accurate stock and procurement records, including stock movements, purchase orders, and material requirements.
• Monitor performance, identify process improvements, and flag operational and supply risks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, and inventory control.
• FMCG, food and beverage, beverage production, or manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on demand forecasting, production planning, inventory management, and replenishment experience.
• Knowledge of raw-material and packaging procurement, supplier management, and purchase-order processes.
• Experience monitoring stock levels, material consumption, stock cover, expiry dates, and reorder requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, co-packers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners.
• Analytical skills, commercial awareness, supplier negotiation, and cost-control capability.
• Comfort with inventory systems, ERP platforms, spreadsheets, or similar tools.
• Strong organization, communication, coordination, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage.
