HORECA Sales Executive

Role overview

Sales responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure restaurants, cafés, hotels, coworking spaces, gyms, Pilates studios, and similar accounts.
• Build and manage a structured prospect pipeline, targeting venues that currently carry competitor brands.
• Manage the sales process from sampling and product presentation through negotiation, listing, and onboarding.
• Grow existing accounts through increased reorder frequency, range expansion, and relationship management.
• Lead tastings, events, sampling activities, and brand partnerships with the marketing team.
• Track outreach, listings, reorders, account growth, and pipeline progress, providing regular updates to management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HORECA or F&B sales.
• Beverage sales experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong network and understanding of the HORECA market.
• Proven prospecting, account acquisition, and commercial negotiation experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid driving licence and own car.
• Comfortable with frequent field visits and on-ground sales.
• Proactive, organized, target-driven, hands-on, and able to work independently.
