Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for company projects and services
• Coordinate branding and promotional activities across multiple sectors
• Manage social media platforms, digital marketing, and online content updates
• Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and proposals
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, agencies, and internal teams
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, events, and client engagement activities
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience
• Experience in industries related to:
• Construction
• Hospitality
• Residential developments
• Commercial malls
• Industrial facilities
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design or basic video editing knowledge is a plus
• Experience with CRM systems and campaign management
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
