The role involves transporting goods, materials, or equipment safely and efficiently while following UAE traffic laws and company safety policies.
Key responsibilities
- Safely pick up and drop off employees or passengers at designated locations.
- Follow assigned daily routes and transportation schedules, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Drive safely and comply with UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after trips to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Keep the vehicle clean and well maintained.
- Report vehicle issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements to management.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and courteous behavior with passengers.
- Follow company transportation procedures and instructions.
Requirements
- Valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license.
- Previous experience as a heavy vehicle driver.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and routes.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow assigned schedules and routes.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is listed as AED 2,000–3,000 per month; the description also says salary is according to company policy or to be discussed.
