We're building a high-growth marketplace business and are looking for an experienced commercial leader to help scale the company through its next phase of growth.
This role is suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution.
You'll be responsible for building and optimizing the commercial engine of the business, including marketplace growth, sales, revenue operations, SOPs, playbooks, performance management, and scalable operating processes.
We're looking for a builder—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and has a track record of creating structure, driving growth, and delivering results.
What You'll Own
- Marketplace growth strategy across both supply and demand.
- Commercial and sales strategy, execution, and performance.
- Development of scalable SOPs, playbooks, and operating frameworks.
- Revenue operations, forecasting, KPI management, and reporting.
- Customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization initiatives.
- Commercial team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Cross-functional alignment between commercial, operations, product, and marketing teams.
- Identification and execution of new growth opportunities and revenue streams.
What We're Looking For
- **10+ years of experience within the GCC/MENA region.**
- Experience in high-growth, technology-enabled businesses such as:
- Marketplaces
- SaaS
- MarTech
- E-commerce
- PropTech
- FinTech
- Mobility platforms
- Digital platforms
- Consumer technology
- B2B technology
- Scale-ups and venture-backed startups
- Proven experience building commercial functions, processes, and teams from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of marketplace economics, growth levers, and commercial operations.
- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and improving operational performance.
- Experience creating sales methodologies, SOPs, onboarding programs, and performance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Ideal Candidate
You are commercially minded, operationally rigorous, and highly execution-focused.
You've likely spent part of your career in fast-scaling technology businesses and have experience building repeatable processes that drive growth.
You understand how to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and are equally comfortable defining a growth strategy, building a sales playbook, reviewing performance metrics, or working directly with teams to solve operational challenges.
Most importantly, you're a self-starter with a strong ownership mentality who enjoys building businesses, not just managing them.
