Overview

We're building an ambitious, high-growth startup and are looking for an experienced

Client Growth & Sales Lead

to help scale our commercial function and build long-term strategic relationships with clients across the region.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of commercial growth, client partnerships, customer success, and business strategy.

You'll work closely with founders and leadership to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and help establish the processes, playbooks, and frameworks that will support the company's next stage of growth.

This is not a traditional account management role.

We're looking for a builder—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys creating structure from the ground up, and is excited by the challenge of scaling a startup.

What You'll Do

  • Build and grow strategic client relationships across key accounts.
  • Drive customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Develop account growth strategies and customer engagement plans.
  • Create scalable playbooks, SOPs, and best practices for client management and growth.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Establish customer health metrics, reporting frameworks, and performance KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, adoption, and long-term value.
  • Capture market and customer insights to help shape business strategy and product development.

What You'll Bring

  • **12+ years of experience**
  • building, growing, and managing strategic client relationships across the GCC/MENA region.
  • A strong background in high-growth environments such as SaaS, MarTech, marketplaces, digital platforms, media, technology services, or venture-backed businesses.
  • Demonstrated success growing key accounts, increasing customer value, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and senior decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market organisations.
  • The ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and turn relationships into long-term partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of customer retention, expansion, and growth strategies.
  • Experience introducing structure, processes, playbooks, and scalable ways of working in growing organisations.
  • A data-driven approach to managing performance, customer health, and business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and execute at pace.
