Position

Nursing leadership and operations

• Lead and manage the nursing team and daily nursing operations; coordinate with doctors, clinical departments, and management to support patient flow.
• Set duty rosters and staff allocation; monitor staff performance, attendance, competency, and compliance.
• Oversee operating room and treatment area readiness, equipment, supplies, and preoperative and postoperative nursing procedures.
• Develop nursing policies, SOPs, and clinical workflows; maintain accurate patient documentation and nursing records.
• Conduct briefings, training, and competency assessments; monitor stock and coordinate replenishment.
• Address nursing-related patient concerns and follow-up; participate in quality improvement, patient safety, infection control, and accreditation.
• Support management with the opening and operational setup of the Abu Dhabi branch.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in nursing from a recognized institution and a valid DHA license.
• At least five years of nursing experience, including previous supervisory or Head Nurse experience.
• Previous UAE healthcare experience is mandatory.
• Experience in a hospital, day surgery center, surgical center, or multidisciplinary healthcare facility is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practice, infection control, patient safety, and clinical documentation; strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English is stated; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Able to work effectively in a multicultural healthcare environment with a professional, responsible, patient-focused approach.

Pay

• AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
