Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage the nursing team and daily nursing operations.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and professional nursing practice.
• Coordinate with doctors, clinical departments, and management to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Develop and manage nursing duty rosters and staff allocation.
• Monitor nursing staff performance, attendance, competency, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with DOH requirements, facility policies, clinical protocols, and infection control standards.
• Oversee preparation of operating rooms, treatment areas, equipment, and nursing supplies.
• Ensure proper implementation of preoperative and postoperative nursing procedures.
• Support the development and implementation of nursing policies, SOPs, and clinical workflows.
• Ensure accurate patient documentation and nursing records.
• Conduct regular nursing team briefings, training, and competency assessments.
• Monitor stock levels of medical and nursing supplies and coordinate replenishment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with previous supervisory or Head Nurse experience.
• Previous UAE healthcare experience is mandatory.
• Experience in a hospital, day surgery center, surgical center, or multidisciplinary healthcare facility is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, infection control, patient safety, and clinical documentation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Professional, responsible, and patient focused approach.

Compensation

• Pay: AED 7,000.00 - AED 10,000.00 per month.
