We are actively searching for a talented and innovative Oriental Asian Chef for Pinoy Cuisine to join our team.

Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a creative and diverse menu that reflects the company brand and satisfies customer preferences.
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cloud kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
· Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a high level of culinary excellence.
· Implement and maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards, complying with local regulations and best practices.
· Manage inventory control costs and ensure effective stock management.
· Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
· Conduct regular inspections to maintain kitchen cleanliness, equipment functionality, and safety standards.
· Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and innovations to continuously enhance menu offerings.
· Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and open communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Oriental Asian Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Must be able to do the costing (sub-recipe, badge recipe and yield) and Inventory management
- In-depth knowledge of Asian Cuisine.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in cost control and inventory management.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Salary
Between AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month (All Inclusive)

- Head Chef in Pinoy Cuisine: 5 years (Required)
