Overview
We are currently recruiting an experienced
Head Chef
to lead the kitchen of a high-end Mediterranean dining concept specializing in authentic Italian and French cuisine.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented culinary professional seeking a long-term career abroad in a well-supported and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full kitchen operations and daily service
- Create and execute refined Mediterranean menus (Italian & French focus)
- Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and efficiency
- Manage food costs, stock control, and supplier coordination
- Maintain highest hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as Head Chef / Executive Chef
- Strong background in Italian and/or French cuisine
- Leadership skills with ability to manage international teams
- High standards of culinary execution and organization
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia
Offer
