Overview
- Lead our kitchen and bakery with creativity, discipline, and business sense.
- You’ll oversee food quality, manage suppliers and inventory, control costs, train the team, and coordinate with operations—while engaging customers on Facebook and driving smart daily promotions to maximize profit.
- What you’ll do
- Run all kitchen & bakery operations with top quality and safety standards (HACCP)
- Manage suppliers, purchasing, and inventory to reduce waste
- Handle recipe costing, daily expense tracking, and menu pricing
- Train, schedule, and lead the culinary team
- Coordinate with operations and respond to customer inquiries online
- What you bring
- 5+ years as Head/Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Experience across hot kitchen and bakery/pastry
- Strong costing, inventory, and vendor management skills
- Leadership, organization, and professional communication
