What the employer is looking for
- Strong Greek and Mediterranean cuisine background and previous Head Chef or senior culinary leadership experience.
- Experience in high-end standalone restaurants is essential.
- Pre-opening experience is highly preferred; UAE or Middle East experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership to build, develop, and inspire a team.
- Creative, hands-on approach and understanding of quality, consistency, and kitchen operations.
- Passion for authentic Greek flavours with a contemporary approach.
- Fluency in Greek is an advantage.
