The property includes seven dining concepts, 90 bedrooms, event spaces, and Ned’s Club with a rooftop terrace, spa, gym, and outdoor pool.
About the role
The Head Bartender will lead a luxury hotel bar and brings experience in both bartending and barista operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily bar operations and deliver seamless luxury service.
- Develop cocktail, mocktail, and coffee menus in line with brand standards.
- Prepare and serve premium beverages, cocktails, and coffee drinks.
- Train, mentor, and supervise bartenders and baristas.
- Ensure consistency in beverage presentation, taste, and service.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination.
- Enforce HACCP, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Personalize guest experiences and respond professionally to feedback.
- Coordinate promotions, events, and seasonal offerings with F&B management.
Qualifications and competencies
- Proven Head Bartender or Senior Bartender experience in a luxury hotel or high-end venue.
- Strong bartending background, solid barista skills, and coffee knowledge.
- Expertise in classic and contemporary cocktails, specialty coffee, and beverage trends.
- Ability to train and motivate a diverse team; excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
- Knowledge of luxury service standards and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
