Role overview
Oversee daily specialty coffee operations, beverage quality and consistency, and barista training and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee and maintain consistent quality.
- Calibrate espresso, dial in coffee, and adjust grinders.
- Maintain milk-steaming and latte-art standards.
- Prepare basic filter coffee, including V60.
- Train and supervise baristas.
- Standardize recipes and maintain coffee quality standards.
- Manage opening setup and daily shift operations.
- Ensure consistency across shifts.
- Operate cashier and POS systems when required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience specifically in specialty coffee is required.
- Cashier and POS experience is required.
- Experience training and supervising baristas is required.
- Strong skills in espresso calibration, grinder adjustment, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Knowledge of specialty coffee workflows, quality control, and V60 preparation.
- Ability to standardize recipes and maintain quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Additional qualifications
- Relevant barista training or coffee certifications are an advantage.

- The role is in person in Doha, Qatar.
