Electrical Engineer supporting engineering activities across MEP, construction, and infrastructure projects.
The role supports electrical system design, technical documentation, site coordination, and project execution in compliance with specifications, safety requirements, and standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Prepare and review electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Support project planning and execution against approved specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor site progress and provide regular project updates to the Division Manager.
- Assist with site inspections, electrical testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Two to three years of relevant experience in MEP, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Basic knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and engineering practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project-based environment.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
