Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily driver schedules, routes, and task assignments.
- Monitor driver activities, attendance, and daily movements.
- Ensure timely transportation services and efficient vehicle utilization.
- Handle operational issues, delays, and driver-related concerns.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain records of driver schedules, vehicle usage, and operational activities.
- Ensure drivers comply with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards.
- Communicate with drivers and relevant departments to support smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Three years of experience as a Driver Coordinator is required.
- Previous experience in driver coordination, fleet management, or transportation operations.
- Good organization and coordination skills, including route planning and scheduling.
- Basic technical vehicle knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to monitor drivers and manage daily operational activities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Arabic is preferred.
- High school or equivalent education is preferred.
