The Endpoint Services team seeks a detail-oriented Hardware Asset Management Analyst to implement, operationalize, and improve ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.
The role owns HAM processes, data, controls, reporting, and lifecycle performance for enterprise technology assets.
The analyst partners across technology, procurement, finance, security, configuration management, and vendors to manage assets consistently, securely, and cost-effectively.
Compensation
- Starting wage is $89,348 to $127,640, plus an annual bonus.
Employment and schedule
- Employment Type is stated as Year Round.
- Full-time hours are available.
Hardware asset lifecycle
- Own lifecycle activities including planning, procurement, receiving, stockroom management, deployment, assignment, transfer, refresh, redeployment, return, recovery, retirement, and disposal.
- Maintain operating standards, inventory records, asset relationships, and lifecycle controls; reconcile inventory and track corrective actions.
- Track warranties, leases, maintenance agreements, refresh schedules, support contracts, and end-of-life milestones.
- Ensure secure chain of custody and documented disposition; support audits, inventory validation, compliance reviews, and evidence requests.
ServiceNow HAM implementation
- Participate in ServiceNow HAM design, configuration, testing, deployment, operationalization, and continuous improvement.
- Document requirements and translate them into process designs, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support source assessment, data mapping, cleansing, normalization, migration, reconciliation, validation, and configuration of asset models and lifecycle processes.
- Develop test scenarios and scripts; participate in integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, release readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Support integrations with procurement, endpoint management, discovery, financial, inventory, and vendor data systems.
- Develop documentation, data standards, training materials, and support procedures; identify opportunities to automate work and improve adoption.
Partnerships
Works with Endpoint Engineering, Field IT, the ServiceNow platform team, Procurement, Finance, Security, Configuration Management, and vendors.
The ServiceNow platform team supports platform architecture, advanced configuration, development, integrations, security, and upgrades.
Requirements
- Serve as the functional subject matter expert and operational owner for Hardware Asset Management processes, data, controls, reporting, and lifecycle performance.
- Translate business and operational requirements into scalable ServiceNow HAM processes.
- Maintain accurate asset records, improve inventory visibility, support audits, and optimize asset utilization.
- Partner with Endpoint Engineering, Field IT, the ServiceNow platform team, Procurement, Finance, Security, Configuration Management, and vendors.
