Hardware Asset Management Analyst
Role Overview
The Hardware Asset Management Analyst will help implement, operationalize, and improve ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management within the Endpoint Services team.
The role owns HAM processes, data, controls, reporting, and lifecycle performance for enterprise technology assets.
The analyst partners with Endpoint Engineering, Field IT, the ServiceNow platform team, Procurement, Finance, Security, Configuration Management, and vendors.

The Hardware Asset Management Analyst will help implement, operationalize, and improve ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management within the Endpoint Services team.
The role owns HAM processes, data, controls, reporting, and lifecycle performance for enterprise technology assets.
The analyst partners with Endpoint Engineering, Field IT, the ServiceNow platform team, Procurement, Finance, Security, Configuration Management, and vendors.
Hardware asset lifecycle
- Own the hardware lifecycle from planning and procurement through receiving, stockroom management, deployment, transfer, refresh, return, recovery, retirement, and disposal.
- Maintain lifecycle standards, accurate asset records, inventory validation, exception handling, warranty and lease tracking, and end-of-life milestones.
- Support audits and secure, documented disposition of retired assets.
ServiceNow HAM implementation and operations
- Support HAM design, configuration, testing, deployment, operationalization, and continuous improvement.
- Gather requirements and support data mapping, cleansing, normalization, migration, reconciliation, and validation.
- Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, release readiness, and stabilization.
- Support integrations, documentation, training, workflow monitoring, and opportunities to automate manual processes.
Compensation
- Starting wage is $89,348 to $127,640 per year, plus annual bonus.
Employment schedule

Requirements
- Serve as a functional subject matter expert and operational owner for hardware asset management processes, data, controls, reporting, and lifecycle performance.
- Translate business and operational requirements into scalable ServiceNow HAM processes.
- Support ServiceNow HAM implementation, data readiness, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-production stabilization.
- Maintain accurate enterprise hardware asset records and improve inventory visibility.
- Support hardware audits, inventory validation, compliance reviews, and evidence requests.
