The role is a trusted guest contact and contributes to guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, anticipate needs, and handle guest requests and concerns.
- Coordinate with operational departments, manage guest feedback, and resolve service issues.
- Recommend hotel services and local attractions to guests.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the property, engage with guests, and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
- Follow company procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality and professional standards.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in guest relations, front office, customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- No supervisory experience.
- No license or certification listed.
Preferred skills
- Strong interpersonal and guest engagement skills; excellent verbal and written communication; problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Professional handling of guest concerns, organization, and multitasking.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Spoken and written English proficiency preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
