Guest Experience Experts deliver a wide range of services and guide guests through their stay.
The role combines guest-facing service with operational tasks and hands-on assistance.
Guest services and operations
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports.
- Share highlights of the local area with guests.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to guest rooms or the designated bell area.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as requested.
Work requirements
- The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and moving through confined or elevated spaces, stairs, and service ramps.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance.
- Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, follow policies and procedures, and uphold quality standards.
- Professional uniform, appearance, and communications are expected.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is specified.
Workplace and schedule
- Full-time position at the specified Dubai hotel location.
- The position is not remote.
