The role combines front-office service, operational support, guest request handling, reporting, and sharing local information.
Role duties
- Process operational needs and address guest requests.
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area.
- Move around the work area and take a hands-on approach to duties.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
