Guest Experience Experts guide guests through their stay and deliver a memorable, distinctive experience.
The role involves moving around the work area and taking initiative to meet operational and guest needs.
Guest service duties
- Process operational needs and address guest requests.
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications and physical requirements
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- Two years of related work experience is preferred; no supervisory experience is specified.
- The work requires extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Workplace and standards
- The role is not remote and is located at the Marriott property in Doha, Qatar.
- Maintain professional appearance and communication, confidentiality, company policies, and quality and safety standards.
