Deliver memorable, end-to-end guest arrival and departure experiences at Sheraton.
Guest services and operations
- Guide guests through arrival and departure and respond to guest requests.
- Process operational needs and complete reports.
- Share highlights of the local area with guests.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as requested.
Qualifications and work demands
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Work involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and hands-on tasks.
- Move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects over 75 pounds with assistance.
Workplace and standards
- The role is based at the Sheraton location on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, and is not remote.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality and quality standards, protect company assets, and maintain professional appearance and communications.
