Supports a corporate services firm specializing in AML, VAT, and compliance advisory.
Seeks a confident, target-driven business development professional who can build relationships with corporate decision-makers and convert opportunities into signed business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach decision-makers at large organizations and corporate accounts, and secure meetings.
- Generate and qualify leads for AML, VAT, and corporate-services offerings.
- Prepare researched proposals with internal subject-matter teams.
- Build a trackable pipeline and convert qualified leads into signed business.
- Represent the client with senior stakeholders and corporate clients; negotiate and close deals where required.
- Coordinate lead handovers and closed-deal execution with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate meeting, lead, and pipeline records.
- Report on KPIs covering meetings, qualified leads, proposals, pipeline development, and closed deals.
Required qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of business development experience; corporate-sector or professional-services experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to secure meetings with large organizations and senior decision-makers and to build, manage, and close a credible sales pipeline.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; professional presence with senior stakeholders.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working toward measurable KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for pipeline and reporting.
- At least one year of compliance experience is required.
- Able to commute to or relocate to Dubai before starting.
Preferred subject-matter knowledge
- AML, VAT, and corporate-services knowledge is strongly preferred.
