About the role:
We are building Noon for Business, a B2B marketplace that helps companies buy their recurring business supplies faster, cheaper, and with far better control. Think of it as Noon's consumer engine (selection, pricing, logistics, and experience) applied to enterprise procurement.
The Growth Manager will be the execution engine of the growth team. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Growth to execute demand generation campaigns, manage digital channels, create content, generate leads, and drive B2B customer acquisition and retention.
Noon B2B is a 0-to-1 build inside Noon with high ownership and pace. This is not a role where you will manage agencies and review reports. You will build and execute campaigns yourself, analyze results, and iterate fast.
What you'll do:
- Set up and execute demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and targeted B2B outreach channels.
- Build the lead generation and nurturing pipeline: landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, and follow-up workflows.
- Create launch content: product explainers, value proposition materials, customer-facing decks, and social media content for Noon for Business.
- Build and maintain the CRM pipeline in coordination with the sales team. Ensure marketing-qualified leads are properly tracked, scored, and handed off to sales.
- Identify and map target customer segments: large enterprises (sales-led), mid-market companies (LinkedIn and digital-led), and government authorities (targeted outreach).
- Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns. Own the day-to-day management of paid channels, A/B testing, budget allocation, and performance reporting.
- Create ongoing content for B2B customer engagement: case studies, ROI stories, category guides, industry newsletters, and LinkedIn content.
- Manage community and partnership outreach: trade events, industry webinars, business association partnerships, and co-marketing with brand principals.
- Build and manage the email marketing engine: onboarding sequences, re-engagement campaigns, promotional campaigns, and weekly updates.
- Track and report on growth metrics: customer acquisition cost (CAC), lead-to-customer conversion rate, activation rate, retention rate, and channel-level ROI.
- Support the Senior Manager, Growth on strategic initiatives: ABM campaigns for enterprise accounts, expansion into new customer segments, and new channel experiments.
What you’ll need:
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or demand generation. B2B experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), and CRM systems.
- Strong content creation skills: you can write a compelling LinkedIn post, a product one-pager, or a cold outreach email.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable with Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, and data-driven optimization.
- Experience with lead generation and nurturing workflows.
- Self-starter who can execute independently without waiting for detailed briefs.
- Experience in the GCC/MENA region is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, 0-to-1 environment.
