Job Summary:

The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for McCoin’s Virtual Asset platform. This role focuses on data-driven growth strategies, optimizing the full customer lifecycle, and scaling the business in compliance with UAE regulations and VARA guidelines

Key Responsibilities :

1. Growth Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with business objectives
• Identify new growth opportunities across digital channels, partnerships, and product features
• Execute rapid experimentation (A/B testing) to optimize acquisition and conversion

2. User Acquisition & Funnel Optimization

• Manage and optimize customer acquisition channels (paid ads, SEO, affiliates, partnerships)
• Analyse and improve conversion funnels (landing pages, onboarding flows, KYC completion rates)
• Drive initiatives to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) and improve ROI

3. Product-Led Growth

• Work closely with Product and Tech teams

4. Retention & Customer Lifecycle Management

• Design and execute strategies
• Implement CRM and lifecycle campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging)

5. Data Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyse, and report on key growth metrics
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and BI dashboards
• Translate data into actionable insights for leadership
• 6. Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
• Ensure all growth campaigns and initiatives comply with VARA regulations
• Coordinate with Compliance team

7. Partnerships & Market Expansion

• Identify and build strategic partnerships
• Explore new markets and segments aligned with company expansion plans

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business/Finance/Communications or related.
• 4-7 years in growth, digital marketing or product growth roles
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or virtual assets industry is highly preferred
• Proven track record of scaling digital platforms or apps

• Understanding of virtual assets ecosystem and use behaviour
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Compensations and Benefits:

• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays from 9AM to 5PM
