organic content engine and social presence

The Role
- We are hiring an
- in-house Content & Social Growth Manager based in Dubai
- .
- Your core focus will be:
- Building and scaling EcomSwap’s
- organic social presence
(Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Creating
- high-performing short-form content
- (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
- Developing content that
- drives inbound deal flow (buyers & sellers)
- You will also:
- Adapt organic content into
- paid ads
- Work closely with creators and potentially manage a
- UGC pipeline
- (Bonus) Take ownership of
- media buying and performance on paid channels
- This is a
- hands-on execution role
- .
- We are not looking for someone purely strategic — you need to create.
Requirements
- **Proven experience in content creation (MANDATORY)**
- Strong track record creating short-form content (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
- Must include links to accounts you’ve personally built or managed
- Deep understanding of:
- Hooks, retention, storytelling, and viral formats
- What actually drives engagement and conversion
- Ability to create:
- Authentic, high-performing
- UGC-style content
- Content aligned with a clear brand voice and business objectives
- Highly organized and execution-focused
- Able to manage multiple creators, deadlines, and content pipelines
- Nice to Have
- Experience working with UGC creators
- Managing deliverables, briefs, and creator relationships (+3 years is a strong plus)
- Experience managing:
- Content calendars
- Creator workflows across TikTok & Instagram
- Understanding of paid ads
- Ability to translate organic content into performance creatives
- Media buying experience (Meta / TikTok) is a strong plus
