A leading mega contracting company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a strategic, highly experienced
Group Treasury Manager
to oversee liquidity, funding, and financial risk mitigation across all business entities.
Key Responsibilities
- **Liquidity & Cash Flow:**
- Formulate long-term cash forecasting and optimize working capital across large project portfolios.
- **Banking & Financing:**
- Manage strategic relationships with local/international banks and structure trade finance operations (LCs and LGs) specifically for heavy contracting.
- **Risk Management:**
- Develop frameworks to mitigate FX, interest rate, and commodity price risks.
- **Strategic Advising & Reporting:**
- Advise the Group CFO and executive team on capital allocation, debt visibility, and funding strategies.
- **Compliance:**
- Ensure all treasury activities align with international financial reporting standards and internal controls.
Job Requirements
- **Education:**
- Minimum BA in Finance or Accounting.
- **Experience:**
- 15+ years of extensive financial experience, with a proven track record as a Treasury Manager or Director in large corporate environments.
- **Languages:**
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- **Location:**
- Inside KSA only
- (Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia).
- **Availability:**
- Immediate joiners or those with a maximum 30-day notice period.
