Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a strong turnaround leader to drive commercial growth, transform sales strategies, and elevate brand presence across the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
- **Strategic Leadership & Transformation:**
- Develop long-term commercial strategies and lead turnaround initiatives to optimize brand positioning and grow market share.
- **Sales & Distribution:**
- Oversee traditional, modern, and wholesale trade channels across KSA to maximize product penetration.
- **Financial Accountability:**
- Manage the commercial budget, pricing strategies, and P&L targets to maximize profitability.
- **Team & Relationship Management:**
- Lead and scale a high-performing, bilingual team while maintaining relationships with major retail partners and distributors.
- **Market Intelligence:**
- Monitor industry trends and consumer insights to identify new product development (NPD) opportunities.
Job Requirements
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
- 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership in large-scale FMCG manufacturing.
- Multinational company experience is a plus.
- **Market Knowledge:**
- Deep, localized expertise in the Saudi Arabian FMCG market.
- **Languages:**
- Full professional proficiency in both
- Arabic and English
- (mandatory).
- **Location:**
- Candidates must currently reside
- inside Saudi Arabia
- .
- **Schedule & Availability:**
- 6 working days per week; available immediately or within a 30-day notice period.
