is seeking a seasoned, strategic
General Manager
.
Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this role is fully responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, driving organizational transformation, and accelerating market growth within the competitive KSA beverage sector.
Key Responsibilities
- The General Manager will handle complete operational oversight across seven main areas:
- **Financial & Strategic Leadership:**
- Full P&L accountability, budget management, and executing long-term growth and market expansion strategies.
- **Change Management:**
- Leading organizational restructuring, modernizing manufacturing processes, and driving a high-performance corporate culture.
- **Commercial Growth:**
- Overseeing sales, marketing, and distribution networks to increase market share across KSA.
- **Operations & Supply Chain:**
- Directing manufacturing, quality assurance, and logistics to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
- **Team & Stakeholder Management:**
- Mentoring department heads (managing a
- 6-day workweek
- schedule) and providing comprehensive performance reports to the Group CEO.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must meet the following strict parameters to be eligible:
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of
- 20 years
- of progressive professional experience, including explicit management exposure within the
- KSA market
- .
- **Industry Expertise:**
- Direct experience within the
Juice, Water, Dairy
- , or closely related beverage manufacturing industries.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Languages:**
- Native or professional fluency in both
- Arabic and English
