The position involves leading corporate strategy, managing complex business transformations, and directing the group-wide Project Management Office (PMO).
& Logistics
- **Location:**
- Jeddah, KSA (Permanent role).
- **Work Schedule:**
- 6 working days per week.
- **Availability:**
- Local talent (already inside KSA) who can join
- immediately or within 30 days
- .
- **Experience:**
- 10+ years of experience.
- **Education:**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Languages:**
- Native/fluent in both
- Arabic and English
- (mandatory).
- **Preferred Assets:**
- Background in management consulting and a
- PMP certification
- are highly advantageous.
Main Responsibilities
- **PMO Leadership:**
- Direct the corporate PMO to ensure all projects align with the conglomerate's long-term strategy and the Group CEO's vision.
- **Governance & Standards:**
- Establish robust project frameworks, performance metrics, and standardized PMO methodologies across multiple business units.
- **Executive Reporting:**
- Monitor and report on the financial health, risks, and progress of major initiatives directly to executive leadership.
- **Strategic Planning:**
- Translate high-level corporate goals into actionable project portfolios and optimize resource allocation.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration:**
- Partner with subsidiary leaders to manage organizational change and resolve critical bottlenecks in multi-entity projects.
