Core Responsibilities
- **Strategic Sourcing:**
- Develop long-term procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging, and indirect spend across multiple business units.
- **Supplier & Risk Management:**
- Manage international/local supplier relationships to ensure supply chain resilience, competitive pricing, and strict food safety compliance.
- **Cost Optimization:**
- Lead cost-containment and value-engineering initiatives to drive measurable savings.
- **Cross-Functional Alignment:**
- Collaborate with QA, manufacturing, logistics, and finance to optimize inventory, forecasting, and working capital.
- **Leadership:**
- Mentor and lead a centralized procurement team using strict KPI metrics.
- **Governance & Negotiation:**
- Spearhead high-stakes contract negotiations in compliance with KSA laws.
- **Digitalization:**
- Drive the adoption of advanced ERP modules and e-sourcing tools.
CriterionRequirementEducation
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Experience15+ years
of progressive procurement experience, heavily focused on
F&B and FMCG manufacturing
.
Market Knowledge
Deep familiarity with KSA market dynamics, regulations, and local suppliers.
Languages
Fluent in both
Arabic
and
English
(written and spoken).
