A leading automotive player in Qatar is seeking a
Strategic Marketing Leader
to manage a premium portfolio (including Ford and Lincoln).
This role focuses on driving brand excellence, managing multi-channel campaigns, and spearheading digital transformation to maintain market dominance.
Key Responsibilities
- **Strategy & Branding:**
- Develop annual B2B/B2C marketing plans and ensure global brand standards (Ford/Lincoln) are met across all touchpoints.
- **Digital & CRM:**
- Lead the digital ecosystem (SEO, paid media, social) and utilize CRM data to boost lead generation and customer retention.
- **Campaigns & Events:**
- Execute high-impact product launches, showroom activations, and integrated advertising campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- **Commercial Support:**
- Partner with Sales and After-Sales teams to create tools that drive conversions and long-term loyalty.
- **Analytics:**
- Provide senior leadership with performance reports, competitive intelligence, and market trend analysis.
