Role Summary
**Accumed** is seeking an experienced and strategic **Group Marketing Manager** to lead and execute marketing initiatives across our operations in the UAE, KSA, and Qatar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing regional marketing strategies, strengthening brand positioning, driving engagement, and supporting business growth across multiple healthcare entities.
The candidate must possess strong healthcare/RCM marketing experience within the GCC region and be fluent in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement group-wide marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across UAE, KSA, and Qatar.
- Lead branding, digital marketing, campaign management, and corporate communications initiatives.
- Manage and oversee social media platforms, SEO/SEM activities, content marketing, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, healthcare facilities, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and engagement metrics to optimize marketing performance.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI on campaigns.
- Support business development initiatives and strategic partnerships across the GCC region.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations and local guidelines in UAE, KSA, and Qatar.
- Lead and mentor the regional marketing team while driving collaboration across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 7 - 10 years of marketing experience, preferably within the Healthcare industry in GCC.
- Strong understanding of regional healthcare market dynamics in UAE, KSA, and Qatar.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, campaign management, and corporate communications.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Experience managing multi-country marketing operations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospital, clinic, insurance, or healthcare group marketing.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and advertising regulations in GCC countries.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
