Graduate Program
A graduate program offering hands-on experience across business functions in noon’s digital commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Support department activities and projects, and collaborate across teams to deliver business objectives.
- Assist with research, data analysis, reporting, presentations, and business documents.
- Contribute to operational efficiency, customer experience, business performance, and relevant campaigns or initiatives.
- Identify improvement opportunities, take ownership of assigned tasks, and participate in ongoing learning.
What You’ll Need
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, depending on the department and role.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, willing to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in business, commerce, marketing, operations, or another relevant function; strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
