Authority Executive – Real Estate

The Authority Executive will be responsible for managing all interactions with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and master developers to ensure smooth registration, compliance, and approvals for real estate projects.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of real estate regulatory frameworks, escrow management, and authority procedures to support project execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee OQOOD & TAS portal operations within the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
  • Handle real estate project registration and escrow account opening (Real Estate Trust Accounts) with DLD.
  • Monitor and manage escrow account operations to ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements.
  • Liaise with master developers on project-related matters and maintain effective communication throughout the development process.
  • Coordinate with relevant government authorities and master developers to obtain all necessary design and construction NOCs, up to and including the completion certificate stage.
  • Ensure continuous adherence to local real estate laws, policies, and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key government entities and regulatory authorities, including but not limited to DLD, RERA, Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, and Trakhees, to facilitate timely approvals and seamless project execution.
  • Provide regular updates and guidance to management regarding regulatory changes and their impact on projects.

Expertise & Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of developer formation and real estate authority procedures.
  • Proven experience in managing OQOOD, TAS portals, and escrow accounts.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory framework of DLD, RERA, DM, DEWA, and other related authorities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations in the real estate sector.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within real estate development or property management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English) is an advantage.
