34 Evaluation is looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of the

company’s property valuation and related professional services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing referral partnerships, and expanding the company’s network within the UAE real estate, banking, mortgage, developer, investor, and corporate sectors.

The role requires a commercially strong candidate who understands relationship-based selling, B2B client

acquisition, and the UAE property market.

The candidate should be able to identify decision-makers, open new accounts, convert leads into business, and maintain long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities for property valuation and related services.

Develop and maintain relationships with banks, mortgage consultants, real estate developers,

brokerage firms, property management companies, investors, corporate clients, and governmentrelated entities.

Approach potential clients through calls, meetings, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct

outreach.

Build a strong referral network with real estate brokers, mortgage advisors, financial institutions,

developers, consultants, and corporate clients.

Promote the company’s valuation services to new and existing clients.

Arrange client meetings, presentations, and service introductions.

Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.

Follow up on leads, proposals, quotations, and pending enquiries to ensure conversion.

Coordinate with the valuation, operations, and management teams to support client requirements.

Conduct market research to identify potential sectors, competitors, pricing trends, and new businessopportunities.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, meetings, and business development activities.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering leads, meetings, conversions, revenue opportunities, and market feedback.

Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industryrelated activities.

Support management in developing business strategies to increase market share and client

acquisition.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 4–8 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or relationship management.

Experience in real estate, property valuation, banking, mortgage, finance, property management,consultancy, or professional services is preferred.Strong network within banks, mortgage teams, real estate developers, brokers, investors, or corporate clients will be a strong advantage.

Good understanding of the UAE real estate market and property-related services.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to generate leads, arrange meetings, and convert opportunities into business.

Target-oriented, proactive, confident, and able to work independently.

Good reporting, follow-up, and CRM/database management skills.

Professional appearance and strong business etiquette.

UAE driving license is preferred.

Mortgage Consultant with strong bank and broker network.
