General Manager

As the company enters its next stage of growth, we are seeking a highly capable General Manager / Head of Operations to help build the operational foundation of the business and scale the brand into its next chapter.

This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced founder-led environments and is excited by the opportunity to help build and scale a luxury brand from within.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day business operations, organizational structure, team management, logistics, administration, and execution across the company.

This role requires a balance of operational excellence, leadership, commercial awareness, and hands-on problem solving.

You will work directly with the founder to transform vision into structure, systems, and scalable execution.

Oversee and manage daily business operations across all departments

Build and implement operational systems, workflows, and SOPs

Improve organizational efficiency and internal communication

Ensure smooth coordination between operations, marketing, logistics, and customer experience

Monitor execution across projects, launches, and ongoing initiatives

Recruit, onboard, manage, and develop team members

Lead performance management and accountability processes

Build company structure, reporting systems, and team workflows

Foster a strong internal culture aligned with the brand’s values and standards

Manage business licensing, renewals, legal documentation, and operational compliance

Coordinate with external partners including government entities, accountants, suppliers, and service providers

Support contracts, operational documentation, and internal policies

Oversee inventory management, fulfillment, warehousing, packaging, and supplier coordination

Ensure operational readiness for launches, campaigns, and seasonal demand

Monitor production timelines and quality control standards

Translate founder vision into actionable operational plans

Support scaling initiatives, partnerships, and business expansion

Identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions

Contribute to long-term organizational planning and growth strategy

5+ years of experience in operations, general management, or business leadership

working in luxury retail, hospitality, consumer brands, fashion, beauty, fragrance, or founder-led businesses preferred

Strong leadership and people management capabilities

Proven ability to build systems and improve operational structure

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on

Strong communication and decision-making abilities

in the UAE market is highly preferred

Familiarity with UAE business setup, licensing, and operational procedures is a strong advantage
