Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **General Manager** to oversee daily operations, develop strategic plans, and ensure the overall growth of our organization in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience in managing teams, and a track record of driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage all departments to achieve company objectives.
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster a positive company culture and ensure high employee engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and industry regulations.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement plans for expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering business growth.
- Knowledge of UAE business environment and labor laws.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Pay: AED42,500.00 - AED50,500.00 per month
