Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Corporate Services division
- Oversee end-to-end company formation and restructuring projects
- Supervise Due Diligence, KYC, AML/CFT compliance processes
- Liaise with UAE authorities and free zone regulators
- Ensure timely corporate filings, renewals, and statutory compliance
- Implement and improve internal operational processes and controls
- Manage and mentor corporate services team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and authorities
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to revenue growth
